Lisa Kincheloe Sutton, MPT

Lisa is a Southern California native who grew up in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. She graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education/Kinesiology. Her love of anatomy, exercise physiology, and medicine led her to obtain a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman College/Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She moved to the Bay Area in 2007, where she later obtained her Massage Therapy license from Alive and Well School of Massage in San Anselmo, California. She began teaching group exercise classes at the age of 16 and has continued motivating her clients ever since. Currently, she teaches Group Cycling, Bootcamp, Strength and Conditioning, and Zumba classes. Although Lisa loves to push people to stay fit and strong, she also has a soft nurturing side that supports her work in Physical Therapy Rehabilitation and Massage Therapy.

Lisa lives with her husband, Architect Ron Sutton of Sutton Suzuki Architects, twins Alessandra and Samuel, and their three dogs. Lisa and her husband split their time between their businesses in Marin and their vineyard in the town of Hopland, Mendocino County. When Lisa is not working, she and her family love to run in the vineyard, hike, bike, walk their dogs, and swim in the pond. She and her husband also enjoy cooking really great food to pair with their wines! Cheers to your health!!
